Potassium sorbate, pre-mix, easy to measure Potassium sorbate is a preservative used in the food industry. It is often used in liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Concentration: 0,5 to 1 % Recipe for vitamin B12 cream: Heat 46 g refined avocado oil and 8 g Tegocare (Emulsan II) in a beaker until melted. Heat 30 g distilled water in a water bath. Dissolve 7 g vitamin B12 (1%) in 15 ml distilled water. Slowly stir the warm water into the warm oil mix. Once the cream is lukewarm, add the dissolved vitamin B12 and stir.
