The heart of the avocado - its precious active components in a fluid Plant-based fats and oils contain a percentage of substances that cannot be saponified. These include phytosterols, fatty alcohols, wax esters, squalene, carotenoids and fat-soluble vitamins. Avocadin, die unsaponifiables of avocado oil, contains these substances that are also present in the hydro lipid layer and the stratum corneum of the skin, in concentrated form. It supports the lipid layers in the corneal layer; they prevent dehydration and regenerate the skin. Avocadin is therefore most suited for dry and rough skin. To produce fluids, substances like Avocadin and fat-soluble vitamins are processed in water and lecithin at extremely high speed to form tiny droplets. The active substances are thus encapsulated and soluble in water. This makes it possible to produce gels containing fat-soluble ingredients without using emulsifiers.
