Coco glucoside is the mildest, most skin friendly surfactant currently available. It is made out of coconut fatty acids and sugar. In chemical terms, it is a nonionic saccharoidal surfactant.
Unfortunately, it is one of the rather expensive surfactants, but it is highly recommended for sensitive skin, scalp and hair.
