Moisturizer and humectant Urea is produced synthetically. It can be used for blemished, dry, and callous skin. It is mainly used in creams, lotions, face masks, but also in cleaning formulas and peelings. Its most important properties: it replenishes the skin's moisture content, improves penetration and is a potent humectant. In a concentration surpassing 5%, it promotes sebum flow, which is especially beneficial for impure skin. Concentration: preferably 1 to 5% Urea is water-soluble. It is added to a formula by incorporating it into the aqueous phase. Cream to help against itchiness ? Hobbythek recipe: 5 ml borage or evening primrose oil 3 g magnesium salts (pharmacy or drugstore) 2 g urea 3 ml d-panthenol 20 drops vitamin-E-fluid 50 g Hobbythek Cremesoft 15 drops paraben K Mix borage or evening primrose oil, magnesium salts and urea. For a suppler skin, add d-panthenol and vitamin-E-fluid. Stir the cold mixture into Hobbythek Cremesoft. Adding paraben K will improve shelf life. PRICE: 3,35€ VAT incl.
