Plant-based substitute for hair quat

Wheat quat is obtained from wheat protein. It is a positively charged, so-called cationic wheat hydrolyzate.
Wheat quat is used in shampoos to prevent "flying" of the hair. The negative charge of the hair is neutralized/prevented by the positive charge of the wheat quat.
Concentration: 3 bis 6 %.
