Skin care used in Traditional Chinese Medicine Ci Zao is obtained from the root of Gleditsia sinensis, Chinese honey locust. It protects extremely sensitive skin and strengthens its resistance. In creams, lotions and hair care it protects from environmental influences like strong UV rays, and extreme temperatures. It is well suited for sun protection and after sun products. Ci Zao can also be used for skin suffering from acne or blemishes for its alleviating and healing properties. Concentration: 2 to 5 %. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ci Zao is used on eczema and burns for its anti-inflammatory effect. Store in a dark place.
