Hazelnut oil - straight from the orchard! Golden brown and deliciously nutty! A wonderful oil carefully pressed from sun-ripened hazelnuts (Corylus avellana) in a small oil mill. It is a real pleasure for the nose and the eyes to use this dark yellow oil - and it is a treat for the skin! Hazelnut oil contains mainly oleic acid (more than 70%), plus linoleic acid (over 10 %) and palmitic acid, plus vitamins D and E and phytosterols. It is highly recommended for tonifying sagging, pallid skin. Dry and rough skin also benefits from this non-drying oil that spreads well. All these properties make it an excellent massage oil. The wonderful nutty scent gives your skin care products a lovely natural fragrance that blends well with all "warm" notes like tonka bean, vanilla and davana, or precious floral notes like rose and jasmine.
