Peach kernel oil (Prunus persica) is obtained from the seeds within the peach kernel. The oil has similar properties and uses like almond oil; both plants are closely related.
Peach kernel oil is suited for all skin types, as it is very mild. It is often used as a lipid-replenishing component in shampoos.
