Macerated oil from the bright yellow flowers of St. John?s Wort! Fresh flowers of St. John`s Wort are macerated in a neutral oil - the result is a bright red, fat oil. 3 to 5 kg St. John`s Wort are used for 10 kg of oil. St. John`s Wort contains active components that are oil-soluble (essential oils, hypericin); they are highly recommended for treating sensitive, dry, rough, irritated and cracked skin. In body care, it is mostly used for aiding perfusion, for treating wounds and infections, for alleviating sunburn symptoms and for the treatment of rheumatic disorders.
