Organic poppy seed oil - of course cold-pressed and unrefined This Poppy seed oil is cold-pressed in a traditional stamp press process. No additives are used. The oil is not processed in any way after pressing. It is purified by gravity only. Thus, a maximum amount of precious substances and an exceptional aroma is guaranteed. The poppy seeds for this oil are regionally grown and organic; they are always processed when fresh. Poppy seed oil contains more than 65 % unsaturated fatty acids (mostly linoleic acid). Additionally, poppy seed are rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, vitamin B1 and biotin. This unadulterated oil has a high content of natural lecithin, which makes it extra valuable.
