DESCRIPTION:

Black cumin (Nigella sativa) is one of the most valuable cultivated plants of the Middle East and Orient.
The cold-pressed seed oil contains a high percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids that are essential for a well-functioning metabolism - the so-called omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids.
If taken internally, it stimulates and harmonizes the immune system. Many doctors and naturopaths recommend black cumin oil for people suffering from allergies, hay fever, susceptibility for infections, eczema and rashes.
Used externally, it might help against atopic eczema, psoriasis, dry and sensitive skin.
Recommended intake: 2000 mg/1 teaspoon per day
Do not heat to over 65°C
