A precious seed oil - CO2-extracted, unrefined, organic! The oil obtained from pomegranate seeds contains a high amount of the rare punicic acid: 60 to 80 %. This fatty acid has its name from this plant; it is said to have strong anti-oxidative properties. Moreover, a variety of phyto-estrogens, polyphenols and flavonoids have a harmonizing and regenerative effect on cells. In skin care, Pomegranate seed oil is recommended for mature, dry and stressed skin. It can be used as an additional oil in creams and lotions: for a spa treatment it can be mixed with stable oils like jojoba and almond oil.
