Plant-based fiber Inulin HT 90 (meaning: appr. 90 % fiber) is a tasteless fiber present in many vegetables and plants (e.g. chicory, onions, leeks, dahlias). Application: add to fermented dairy products like yogurt and quark with fruit. Inulin 90 HT improves the creamy texture of dairy products. Inulin can cause flatulence in sensitive people.
