A Hobbythek fiber with many uses Pea fiber is a light, finely ground flour obtained from the husks of peas. It is almost tasteless and contains appr. 90% fiber: 80% non-soluble and 10% soluble fiber. Pea fiber HT has a caloric value of 20 kcal/100g. Pea fiber can be added to all foods and drinks to improve the fiber content. Add it to soups and sauces, to the muesli or your home-made bread.
