Ferment for the production of yoghurt - Greek style

The Hobbythek Yoghurt Culture G consists of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococus thermophilus and lactose.
With this mixture of probiotic bacteria you can even make yoghurt with a higher fat content - up to 10 % fat is possible.
Hobbythek Yoghurt Culture G is added in dried form as a whitish powder to the milk-cream mixture and turns it into delicious fresh, creamy yoghurt overnight in the yoghurt maker.
Apart from milk and cream (up to a third of the total amount) and Hobbythek Yoghurt Culture G, you need some milk powder (skimmed milk, buttermilk, whole milk, whey powder; makes the yoghurt creamy and firm) and Inulin or Gummar HT (as dietary fibre).
By the way - you can also make less fatty yoghurt with this yoghurt culture.
