A warming, relaxing essential oil for the evening bath time! In ancient times, marjoram was regarded one of Aphrodite?s plants; amongst other things, it was used for flavouring wine. The first sniff of the pure oil may evoke associations with fried sausage, but the strong, herbal scent lends depth and character to many fragrance blends if added wuth care. Very good with citrus notes and cedarwood. It can also be used for making marjoram ointment. For a relaxing massage before bedtime: add 1 drop of marjoram oil, 3 drops of lavender oil and 5 drops of red tangerine oil to 20 ml almond or jojobaoil. For sweet dreams!
