Small pieces of lemon peel with a wonderful scent A lovely decoration for little presents and soaps. Lemon peel adds a fresh fragrance to potpourris; they can be "refreshed" by basting with essential lemon oil. They can also fix volatile citrus scents in soap. Put the finely chopped lemon peel in a jar, add essential oil and let sit for at least a day. Add to the soap pulp.
