Hawthorn is a traditional medicinal plant - in Europe as well as in Asia and America. Mainly, the leaves and flowers are used.
In skin care, hawthorn promotes blood flow, and is calming at the same time.
It can be used undiluted as a tonic. Large-pored skin in particular will benefit from its astringent and firming properties.
